JLL Residential Australia is a multi-disciplined team focused on bringing new residential developments to market. It works with developers on project sales and marketing, and has marketed more than 50 projects across Australia through its domestic and international sales teams.
The team is headquartered in Sydney's CBD and currently markets projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. In Perth these include West Residences in Mount Lawley by Willing Property, alongside projects in Como, East Perth and Rivervale.
JLL was the first global commercial property firm to enter the Australian market, establishing operations in 1958. It has 10 corporate offices in the country and employs more than 2,500 staff, and its Australia Desk in Singapore connects international buyers with Australian developments.
